Trotec Laser Canada will accept product return only with prior authorization. Please contact your customer service representative at 800-663-1149 for instructions.
All claims for freight damage must be reported to the carrier upon delivery. Claims against Canpar (our usual shipping method) should be reported to customer service so we can follow up on the claim. Claims against other couriers are the responsibility of the receiving party.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Trotec Laser Canada will accept returns of defective products within 30 days of shipping, or products which were entered or picked incorrectly within 10 days of shipping. We will send a courier to pick up the unusable products and replace them at our cost.
Goods returned to Trotec Laser Canada which do not prove to be the result of Trotec errors or do not show manufacturer's defects will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returns for credit will only be accepted within 30 days of shipping, and the goods must be returned to Trotec Laser Canada at the customer's cost and in "as new" condition. Custom products, special order or non-stock items and plastic sheets cut to sizes other than ½ or ¼ sheets will not be accepted for credit.
